Great location, very close to transport and in a cool area of town Plenty of cafes nearby and a supermarket Quiet and dark room good for sleeping when the sun is high Facilities of the hotel were great -gym, sauna, co-working areas, comfy seating The breakfast was amazing and at €18 relatively affordable for this part of the world

The hotel was easily accessible via direct tram from the ferry. It is also well located, fairly central for all Helsinki sights. The breakfast buffet is simply incredible with tons of choice. I went nightly to the sauna which was a great experience before going to sleep. My room had a skylight which I appreciated more than a small window de the amenities were impressive. Not sure I needed the bathroom light to turn on automatically when I walked in but I enjoyed it! By European standards, my room was quite large, the bed very comfortable and I heard no one else so sound proof.

I've stayed for 1 week – very pleased! My 'Superior King' room was clean, modern, spacious and bright with large windows overlooking the park. — Very good buffet breakfast (on weekends it's conveniently open until midday!), — If you arrive late and restaurants are closed – there's handy self-service mini-shop area in the hotel lobby with sandwiches, sweets and even socks, creams and umbrellas, — Lots of space to work with standing desks and quiet lounges, — Receptionist are friendly, always available and reply to your requests quite fast, — Just a 10-minute walk from Helsinki train station, — Rental bicycles and e-scooters available right outside the entrance, — Very reasonably priced, I would definitely stay here again.

- Location : Right opposite the park, and close to a few tram stops. Surprisingly, not noisy at all. - Breakfast : Fantastic array of breakfast items. However, having been to the other Scandic hotels in Norway and Denmark, the "taste levels" were not the same. However, it's still great value for money. Loved their ginger shots and smoothies. - Room : We went for the Superior King Room, and it was spacious for the two of us. The bathroom was contemporary with a "waterfall" shower, and overall, very clean! My favourite part? It had the hand bidets! - Staff/Service : It was our birthday weekend, so we had some chocolates waiting for us in the room, which was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is excellent - you are near everything you need such as supermarkets, tram stops and all the major sights and attractions. Definitely a winner for me. The breakfast was also excellent. There was a vast amount of choice, a spacious dining area and very good quality food. Also, the opening hours were leisurely which is ideal. All of the staff were also very friendly and helpful - this really helps to enjoy a stay!

There are a few Scandic hotels in Helsinki and this one really checks all the boxes: location, facilities, great staff and excellent breakfast. Wr were steps away from a lovely park and lots of good restaurants and cafes. The public transportation system in Helsinki is exceptional as in a lot of Nordic cities, but we were able to get to most of the tourist sites on foot. Helsinki is a lovely city to walk in. At the end of a long day of site seeing there were multiple lounge areas both inside and out to relax at the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable and although we don’t like it when windows are sealed shut, at least the temperature controls in the room worked well. Great shower too. Highly recommended.

+excellent location in order to visit and explore Helsinki +very large bed and very comfortable sleep +every room has a own a/c +rooms are modern and are very well equipped (fridge, iron with table, flatscreen) +personnel is exceptionally friendly and helpful (lost one of my key cards and they simply replaced it without any extra charge for the lost one) +breakfast: very huge choice with very fresh fruits and local dishes and the best thing: is is complimentary to the accommodation +breakfast times during weekend is until 11, excellent +Check-Out is until 12, excellent +excellent reminders for sustainable behavior (e.g. to reuse the towels, or to shut the water tap while you brush your teeth, or to just take so much on your plate you can really eat, in order to avoid waste

We liked the fitness centre and although the hotel was in the city centre, we had no noise from outside at all. The staff was friendly and willing help. The hotel was very well located, near to most of the main attractions.
